How does payment work?
Two ways: pay nothing until closing through our financing partner Notable (subject to approval), or pay half when we start and half when the work is done.
Will you work with my agent?

Do you only take big projects?
No. Some homes need a full cleanout and paint; some just need one room cleared and a final clean. The plan fits the house.
